Our firm works with small to medium-size businesses, assisting them with corporate formations, contracts, leases, trademark registrations, and business litigation.

Before starting my private practice in March 2007, I was a partner at Mendes & Mount LLP, a well known and highly respected law firm specialized in insurance law, where my practice consisted of providing coverage advice to Lloyd’s of London Reinsurers on reinsurance claims (pollution, asbestos, EPL claims) by large American insurance companies, such as Fireman’s Fund.
